About Flying A Ranch: Heritage & Quality
About Us
We are a family owned and operated Montana ranch specializing in Wagyu and Rubia Gallega genetics. Our operation spans across the beautiful foot hills of the Bear Paw Mountains as well as some of the Great Plains of northern Montana. We are the 2nd generation to raise cattle on this beautiful ranch that was established in 1976. In 2020 we decided to branch out from the typical feeder cattle business and began our new journey producing F1 Wagyu and Angus calves. In 2023 we began producing full blood Wagyu and purchased our first full blood Rubia Gallega heifer. We are currently building and producing our premium full blood Wagyu and Rubia Gallega genetics.

Our Philosophy
At Flying A Ranch, we believe in the importance of sustainable and ethical ranching practices. We are committed to preserving the environment and raising animals humanely. We provide access to fresh water and an excellent array of fine feed and open pastures to our cattle to help insure the high quality of life to the animals we can provide.
Our Embryos
Our oocytes are collected at a facility in Manhattan, Montana and paired with hand picked semen. All Wagyu oocytes are collected from our own animals born and raised on the ranch creating high quality Wagyu embryos and Rubia Gallega embryos.
Our Semen
Our semen is collected in a facility in Billings, Montana. All semen has been collected by animals born and raised on our ranch.
Our Ranch
Our ranch spans over bountiful acres of the rolling foot hills of the Bears Paw Mountains and the sprawling flats of the Great Plains of northern Montana. While ranching goes back for generations in our family, we are the second generation to be lucky enough to run this ranch.
